What is Coaching All About?
According to the International Coach Federation, coaching is about partnering with people in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching is not consulting or therapy, although it borrows from both and uses similar skills. A 2009 Harvard Business Review survey of organizational coaches shows where coaching, consulting and therapy intersect.

Coaching can transform lives, relationships, and organizations – which is why we believe that everyone should have coaching skills.
Why this Program?
Today’s managers and leaders are charged with maximizing their own performance and the performance of their staff and volunteers, while helping the organization bring its mission and vision to fruition. Coaches work with individuals and organizations to maximize their potential. They bring out the best in people by helping them improve performance, communications, relationships, and team-building. Coaching Skills are essential for leaders and managers who want to help their organizations thrive while doing mission-driven work.
“The door of success is marked 'push' and 'pull'. Achieving success is knowing when to do what.”
- Yiddish Proverb
